The things people ask us
How do I order?
Pick one of the boxes on the home page, or WhatsApp us. We confirm the recipient, address and date, then send the UPI id with your order number.
When do you pack?
After the UPI screenshot. Same evening if the order is in before 4pm, next morning otherwise. The courier takes it the following working day.
Where do you deliver?
Noida and around it, in 2–3 working days. We would rather cover one city properly than promise pan-India next-day and miss.
Can I change what is in the box?
Yes — the drink, the treat, the ribbon, the card message and a few add-ons, all on the hamper page. Keeping the choices to a shortlist is how we manage to pack and ship the same day. Gifting someone with a nut allergy? Pick the sweet tin on Thank-you and skip the dry-fruit add-on.
Is the food homemade?
No. Everything edible stays in its original sealed pack. That is deliberate.
